About William "Bill" Ramos, Esq.

Bill Ramos, the founder of Bill Ramos Law

My name is William D Ramos; Bill to family, friends, and clients.

I believe in protecting and preserving your assets, for your benefit now, then for those you love when it matters most.

You will find that ours is not the typical law firm. We see our clients as people, not just a case or file, and we talk to you as though you were family or a friend. Because of this we limit the number of clients we work with each month so we can maintain the high level of personalized service we are known for.

I understand the need to protect those we love.

As a husband, father, and grandfather, I understand how important it is to protect and provide for those I love.

As a disabled Marine Corp veteran, I understand how the unexpected can happen in an instant, and change your life forever.

As an attorney, I apply all I've learned personally and professionally to serve the needs of my clients.

In all these ways, I've been there, I understand.

On a personal note, I am a disabled US Marine Corps veteran who has lost it all and come back stronger than ever. I have an extensive business background and have started multiple companies and I've assisted others in launching their own companies and building their own dreams. I graduated from the Florida Institute of Technology with a degree focused on Industrial/Organizational Psychology and earned my law degree at Florida A&M College of Law.

I am a member of the of The North Carolina State Bar Association and I am admitted to Practice Law in the State of North Carolina and The United States District Courts of the Eastern & Middle Districts of North Carolina.

Above all else, and most importantly, I am a husband, father of 5, and grandfather of 8 (and counting!).

I understand how important it is to take care of those we love now, and tomorrow. I understand all too well the surprises life can throw at us and how Planning for Tomorrow is the only way to handle those surprises.

We are a boutique firm focused on Estate Planning, which includes Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Special Needs Trusts, Probate, and Estate Administration, so we limit the number of new clients we work with.

We believe in quality, not quantity, and we do not believe in one-size-fits-all solutions, our work is customized and personal to each client because you are not a fill-in form!

Like with any good relationship, it begins with a conversation.

Call (919) 200-0377 Today or Click either the Estate Planning or Probate & Estate Administration Link Below, depending upon your needs, and let's have that conversation!
